Meet Henrik who is Nordic Head of Sales & Business Development at Sodexo, member of the BENELUX & NORDIC leadership team, responsible for growth. He will talk about how most of the contract deals are structured and processed today from client’s perspective. The contradiction that this approach often creates between the stakeholders and leaves the parties unsatisfied after the honeymoon effect wears of. Henrik will then present the alternative approach on how parties can co-create the foundation of true partnership by sitting on the same side of the table and designing the desired outcomes in collaboration. Henrik has 14 years experience within the global Real Estate & Facilities Management industry. In total 7 years within FM operations (JCI/CBRE/Sodexo) and 7 years from global REFM/Workplace management consulting at EY. The last two years he Co-Chair at IAOP (International Association for Outsourcing Professionals) Global Real Estate & Facilities Management Chapter. Henrik participated in the formerly Wallenberg owned Novare leadership academy as an adept, the leading high potential mentor program in Sweden with some of Sweden’s most seasoned corporate leaders as mentors and their networks.
