Henrik is Nordic Head of Sales & Business Development at Sodexo, member of the BENELUX & NORDIC leadership team, responsible for growth.

Henrik has 14 years experience within the global Real Estate & Facilities Management industry. In total 7 years within FM operations (JCI/CBRE/Sodexo) and 7 years from global REFM/Workplace management consulting at EY. The last two years he Co-Chair at IAOP (International Association for Outsourcing Professionals) Global Real Estate & Facilities Management Chapter. Henrik participated in the formerly Wallenberg owned Novare leadership academy as an adept, the leading high potential mentor program in Sweden with some of Sweden’s most seasoned corporate leaders as mentors and their networks.

In summary Henrik has built experience in working with many of the leading companies worldwide with some of their most pressing strategic outsourcing and business transformation challenges. Over the last 4 years He has contributed to transform the FM industry from a business model perspective through Vested and true strategic outcome based strategic partnerships, being EYs Global Head of Vested Solutions. He has experience from diverse markets as Telecom, Pharma & Life Science, Oil & Gas/Energy & Resources, Industrial, Automotive, Retail, Professional Services and Finance & Banking.
